All our products are posted by Royal Mail. Costs are calculated based on item weight so the postage cost will increase on larger orders. The Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of envelopes/boxes supplied and is not simply the cost of a stamp. If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the order in the shopping basket with the correct size, quantity and address and the site will calculate the charge.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day dependant on stock held in store or in our warehouse. Taking this into consideration, we would expect you to receive your order within the following timescales:
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 working days
Click and Collect:
FREE - Click and collect available from: Icon Cards - Chillingham Road, Newcastle upon Tyne. Your item(s) will be available next day for collection.
Airmail: 3-5 working days
Rest of World
Airmail: 5-7 working days
If your order has not been delivered within the above delivery times, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to check if they are holding the item for you. Even if you have not received a card to say you missed the delivery, this is where 90% of delayed/missing mail are found. Parcels can sit in the sorting office for up to 3 weeks waiting for collection before they are posted back to us, as all parcels have return address to ourselves.
If your local sorting office do not have your parcel, please contact us via email on email@example.com and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours. When contacting us, please supply your order number to enable us to deal with your query as quickly as possible.
We accept payments from all major debit and credit card providers. All payments taken on our website are fully secure via an SSL certificate. We do not store any card information. On the checkout page you will have the choice to pay via credit or debit card, or via PayPal.
